Company EMAX Ltd was established in 1989, among the first private firms of its kind in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Before the war (until 1992), EMAX was mainly focused on project and engineering work, and on distribution as well. In 1994, when Bosnian economy hit the bottom, EMAX made a strategic decision towards distribution and sales of quality mechanical and machine products, with special emphasis on technical service and support. Our professionalism and business ethics brought results. In 1996 we became an authorised distributor of SKF (Sweden) for Bosnia and Herzegovina - SKF being the world leader in manufacturing of rolling bearings.

Today, we are one of the biggest distributors of bearings in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the stock that has the largest assortment of bearings in Bosnia.
